The Jackie Gleason Theater allows us to have three stages running simultaneous performances. As we discussed in earlier posts, the Main Stage has the big names, entertaining performances and content aimed at the Plant Manager, CISO, VP Operations, etc. Stage 2 has the technical deep dives that S4 is traditionally known for, bleeding edge and advanced.

The third stage is the Sponsor Stage, and the name aptly describes it. Every S4x16 sponsor is given a 30-minute session to present anything they want. So attendees know going in that many sessions will highlight the need for a product or service the sponsor may offer. That said, there are going to be some pretty amazing speakers and sessions on the Sponsor Stage, and they are talking about things they are passionate about and committed a large portion of their time to such as:

  • Andrey Nikishin will be providing technical details on the Kaspersky Embedded Systems OS
  • Ralph Langner will be demonstrating OT Management with MyRIPE
  • Marc Blackmer of Cisco will be talking about what the ICSsec community has done wrong the last ten years and what we should be doing
  • Andrew Gintner of Waterfall will present Attack Modeling

We are adding the Sponsor Stage session details on the agenda page as they come in, but it is looking like a great show all on its own.

If by some crazy and unforeseen reason none of the stages has a talk you want to hear, you can relax with a colleague and a good cup of coffee or drink in the Red Star Lounge or play the S4xCTF.

And when your brain just can’t take anymore ICSsec you can people watch on Lincoln Road, hang out by the Surfcomber pool or walk the beach.
